These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LoopCash ("the Service"), operated by LoopCash ("we", "us", "our") at loopcash.polsia.app. By creating an account or connecting your TikTok profile, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

LoopCash is an AI-powered TikTok automation SaaS. After you connect a TikTok account and choose a content niche, LoopCash:

LoopCash is a productivity tool. We provide no guarantee about content virality, viewer engagement, monetization outcomes, or earnings from any TikTok program (Creator Fund, LIVE gifts, brand deals, or otherwise).

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use LoopCash. By signing up, you represent and warrant that:

Your users.onboarding_completed flag must be true before LoopCash will publish posts on your behalf.

3. TikTok Connection & Permissions

When you connect TikTok, you complete TikTok's standard OAuth flow. We request the following scopes, as defined in routes/tiktok.js:

Tokens are stored in users.tiktok_access_token, users.tiktok_refresh_token, and your TikTok user identifier in users.tiktok_user_id. Refresh tokens are valid for one year; the posting worker refreshes them automatically when they expire.

You may revoke LoopCash's TikTok access at any time, either:

Revocation immediately stops scheduled posts. We also delete the corresponding tokens from our database within 24 hours.

4. Acceptable Use

When using LoopCash, you agree not to generate, publish, or distribute content that:

We may suspend or terminate any account that, in our reasonable judgment or in TikTok's enforcement judgment, violates these rules. See Section 8 (Termination) below.

5. Revenue Share

LoopCash's pricing model is performance-based: we earn only when you earn. Specifically, the split on income we collect on your behalf is:

The 25% applies to collected gross earnings across the six revenue streams we support (documented at /how-you-earn): TikTok Creator Fund payouts, LIVE gifts and subscriptions, brand partnership fees, affiliate commissions, digital product sales, and series subscription revenue.

The platform fee covers infrastructure, AI generation costs, storage, payment processing, and the ongoing development of LoopCash.

6. Payment & Refunds

Activation fee

LoopCash charges a one-time $1 activation fee via Stripe to verify payment capability and reduce abuse. This fee is fully refundable if you do not connect your TikTok account within 30 days. See our 30-Day Guarantee for the full mechanics — the automated refund flow lives in services/refund-cron.js, which runs daily at 09:00 PT, and every refund decision is appended to the refund_log table.

Premium add-ons

LoopCash offers three optional monthly subscriptions, billed via Stripe:

Add-on subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel any add-on from the dashboard settings or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

7. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of every script and every rendered video generated through your LoopCash account, in any jurisdiction that recognizes copyright in AI-assisted output. LoopCash does not claim any ownership interest in your content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

As-is. LoopCash is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

Platform changes. We do not warrant outcomes from TikTok platform decisions, including:

Earnings variability. All income figures shown on LoopCash (estimated Creator Fund payouts, projected LIVE gift revenue, brand-deal calculators, etc.) are illustrative only. Actual earnings depend on TikTok's policies, viewer behavior, content marketability, and factors outside our control.

Liability cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoopCash's total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the platform fees we have collected from you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LoopCash is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, email support@loopcash.polsia.app first. We will respond within 30 days and work in good faith to resolve the issue without formal proceedings.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, the parties agree to pursue it only in the courts of that same jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms at /terms and update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will email active users at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of LoopCash after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
