How it works
The $1 activation fee unlocks your account and kicks off your AI content pipeline. You have 30 days to connect your TikTok account. If you don't connect within 30 days, we automatically refund the $1 to your original payment method. You don't have to ask. You don't have to email us. It just happens.

Day 0 — You pay $1 and activate your account. The 30-day clock starts from your activation date.

Days 1–29 — Connect TikTok from your dashboard. Once connected, your refund status locks in as "connected" and you're fully active. Videos start queuing automatically.

Day 30 — If TikTok is still not connected, our system automatically issues a refund to your original card. You'll receive a confirmation email the same day.
What triggers the refund
Refund issued when
- 30 days have passed since your $1 activation
- TikTok account has never been connected
- Your account is still in "pending" refund status (not already refunded or connected)
What doesn't trigger it
No refund if
- You connected TikTok at any point before day 30 — even briefly
- You requested a manual refund and already received one through support
- The account was terminated for abuse or ToS violations
- You're on a Founding Creator slot — the same rules apply, but you'd need to disconnect and reconnect within 30 days of activation

Edge cases
If you believe the cron misfired, you were already connected but tokens expired, or anything else unusual happened — email us and we'll sort it out immediately. The guarantee is a floor, not a ceiling. We'll make it right regardless.
